Based on his research, Ġużè serves as the curator for Anecdotes of Maltese Early Jazz, a project that combines live music with film. He also produced the documentary Strait Street to Abbey Road, based on Tony Carr’s biography by Ġużè Camilleri.

A sought-after drummer and percussionist, he has performed and recorded with local bands and artists such as Brikkuni, Djun, Sfera, and Kym. He is currently a percussion tutor at the Malta School of Music and has hosted workshops for aspiring drummers. He performs frequently both locally and abroad.
